My family and I stayed at a lovely two, bedroom suite for a weekend getaway in the heart of the King Street tourist district. the spacious unit was well, kept and clean, with a functional kitchenette and lovely antique elevator. the staff, though not on, site, was prompt and helpful via text. the location was perfect, allowing us to walk everywhere, and the nearby ice cream shop was a hit with the kids. We appreciated the provided toiletries and the helpful binder in the room.

I stayed at this hotel for trip, it was an exceptional stay. I was happy with property's comfortable and perfect location in the middle of jackson. The rooms were clean and absolutely perfect and had essentials you needed. I loved their comfortable beds.

The room was clean, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and it was quiet in the evenings, plus there was a variety of goodies for breakfast and the location was magnificent and amazing, being so close to Charleston Music Hall.

Excellent location, spacious rooms, well-maintained facilities, easy parking access. The kitchenette had all the basics needed for cooking. The antique Otis elevator added charm to the experience. The management, although not present, was prompt in providing instructions via text. The helpful binder in the room was a great guide for exploring the area. Despite the wooden hallway causing noise issues, the Battery Suite facing King Street was surprisingly quiet. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Superb location just minutes from everything. Loved the nearby restaurants and bars. Appreciated the fact that the room was clean, and the air conditioning was functional during the hot weather.

Customer service was terrible. the keys were not working, and we were locked outside for an hour with no communication from the property managers.

Our romantic escape exceeded our expectations! The apartment was super clean, modern and chic. We appreciated the hassle-free check-in and keyless feature. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with everything within walking distance. We particularly loved the complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates waiting for us upon arrival.

Although we enjoyed our stay, there were a few minor issues. The wifi was a bit spotty and we had to purchase it separately.
